В Корее существует большое разнообразие видов Кимчи и кухня продолжает развиваться и появляются новые его виды. Сегодня готовим Кимчи из Свеклы, которое даже в Корее не является сильно распространенным.
Ингредиенты:
свекла 5 шт (около 1,5 кг)
соль 1 ч.л.
сахар 2 с.л.
База Кимчи:
вода 180 мл
мука 2 ст.л. (рисовая или пшеничная)
Маринад:
молотый чеснок 3 ст.л.
половина луковицы
немного имбиря
5 стручков зеленого лука
молотый красный перец 50г
рыбный соус 4 ст.л.

In Korea, there is a wide variety of Kimchi and the cuisine continues to evolve and new kinds of Kimchi appear. Today we are cooking Kimchi from Beetroot, which even in Korea is not very common.
Ingredients:

ground garlic 3 tbsp
half onion
some ginger
5 green onion pods
ground red pepper 50g
fish sauce 4 tbsp
