Easy bread recipe
Welcome to my channel
Ingredients and instructions
Two cups of warm water
One tbsp of yeast and
Half a tsp of sugar
Mix it
Leave the yeast to ferment for 5 minutes
Add four cups of all purpose flour
One tsp of salt
Knead
Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes
Cut the dough into two pieces
Flatten the dough
Place on a baking tray
Let the dough rest and start preparing the egg wash
One a half of a tbsp of all purpose flour
Three tbsp of water
One egg yolk
Add the egg wash
Shape the dough as shown
Black seeds and sesame seeds
Preheated oven
Oven temperature 500°f, 250°c. Bake it for about 15 minutes
