Ingredients (Fan Size 20cm x 2)
When using an 18cm diameter fan, use only 3/4 of the material.

200 g butter
160g sugar (180g if you like sweet)
All-purpose flour 180g, Baking powder 6g (All-purpose flour can be replaced with cake flour)
4 eggs, vanilla extract

130g strawberry jam (you can use your favorite jam)
Butter Cream 230g
